At '24 / 7 Events' we operate our services on a fixed fee basis that fee to be agreed upon dependant on the size of the event and the number of services you will require, with any discounts negotiated with suppliers passed directly back to you the client.
Our terms and conditions are as follows:
Your first consultation is totally free of charge.
Once the booking for our services has been confirmed, we will require you to sign a contract. A 50% deposit is also required at this time. NB Deposit is non-refundable.
Final payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to the client's event.
At present 24 / 7 Events only accept cash, BAC's or cheque. All cheques should be made payable to '24 / 7 Events'. Due to the high number of fraud cheques we now operate an 8 week holding period for all cheques to ensure that they have cleared properly.
24 / 7 Events reserves the right to withhold any and all services / suppliers pending payment.
All supplier contracts between our client and suppliers will be legally bound. We cannot take responsibility for the cancellation of supplier services although every effort will be made to find an alternative supplier.
We strongly advise the client to invest in wedding insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
24 / 7 Events cannot be held responsible for the weather, strikes, deaths, or any 'Act of God'. As aforementioned, we cannot stress highly enough the need for clients to take out wedding insurance or an appropriate equivalent.
24 / 7 Events are working for our client and will make recommendations and offer advice, however the client will make all the final decisions and in the event of the client refusing advice and instructing a certain course of action 24 / 7 Events will not be held liable for any of the results of the clients choice.
On some occasions additional costs may be incurred due to mileage or additional expenses. These will have been discussed and confirmed with the client then invoiced at final payment stage.
In the highly unlikely event that a booking is cancelled by 24 / 7 Events, the client will receive a full refund.
24 / 7 Events has Public Liability Insurance in accordance with the law.

1. By entering this site you ("the User") agree to all of the terms and conditions set out below.

4.3 infringe, by copying or otherwise, the intellectual property rights of any third party whose intellectual property (including, but not limited to, registered trade marks) may be reproduced on this site by 24 / 7 Events with their kind permission.

By entering this site the User acknowledges and agrees that the User's use is at the unauthorised User's own risk and that 24 / 7 Events, the Manufacturer and none of its employees agents and contractors involved in creating producing or delivering this site shall be liable for any accessing of personal data by a third party or any direct indirect incidental consequential or punitive damages or any other losses costs claims or expense of any kind (including legal expenses) which may arise, directly or indirectly, through the access to, use of, or browsing of this site or through the User's downloading of the material data text images video or audio material from this site, including but not limited to, anything caused by any viruses bugs human act omission or negligence or any computer system phone line hardware software or program malfunctions or any other errors failures or delays in computer transmission or network connections.

11. The "User by ordering our designer labeled bottles" states that he she is of a legal age to purchase any of our alcoholic products. You must be aged 18 yrs or over to purchase designer labeled bottles from this site, 24 / 7 Events will not knowingly sell alcohol to anyone who is or appears to be under the legal age and 24 / 7 events reserve the right to refuse any sale at any point from anyone they believe to be under the legal age limit.
